Gnaraloo Station is set at the southern entrance of the Ningaloo Marine Park in Ningaloo Reef, 150 km north of Carnarvon. Wonderful location. Very rustic and you need to be organized with supplies. Lovely to watch the whales 🐋, and sunset from your patio. We enjoyed our stay but 2 nights were enough for us oldies.

We stayed on ln two separate cottages on our trip and both were clean, comfortable and had everything you could need with a bathroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. It's a great location which is walking distance to a kids park , restaurants, Cafe and the discovery centre plus the cottages all have an incredible view of the ocean.

Located on the main road of Carnarvon, Carnarvon Gateway Motel offers an outdoor swimming pool, free on-site parking directly in front of your room and free WiFi in public areas. It was a nice stopover before heading up north. I enjoyed my brief stay, nice comfortable beds and the restaurant was very convenient after a long day of driving.
