Great large apartment located in Hotel Iceberg which is only 200 meters walking from the main ski center. There is a large free parking next to the hotel. The self check-in was easy and you can get every information you need from the hosts. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm.

El Sunny Hills Ski&Wellness está situado en Pamporovo, a 350 meters del remonte más cercano, y cuenta con barbacoa y centro de bienestar por un suplemento. Fantastic! The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

Breakfast delivered to our door every morning in a big woven basket. A beautiful view. A fireplace that comes stocked with firewood and matches. Very friendly staff too. Very cosy overall. And some great restaurant and sightseeing and hiking options nearby.

Great host - Chris is amazing, really friendly, always happy to help, took me to Pamporovo ski resort every day first thing in the morning (he works there as a ski instructor - so you’re the first on the slopes. And as I was travelling alone, he kindly introduced me to other traveller friends to have good company. He made sure I had the best first time ski experience, I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Cosy room - really comfortable, had everything I needed, he provided me with a hairdryer when needed - and I loved the view across the town from the fourth floor, especially for sunset and sunrise. All of this for a great price! Really loved being up in the mountains in this peaceful friendly town. Definitely plan to stay again!

Nice location with a magnificent view over the little town. Tough parking, but everything else was nice. Home style breakfast gave an additional touch of coziness to our stay. Facilities were clean, the deluxe room was spacious and perfectly equipped. We loved it!

Large and comfy apartment, provided with everything you need in your kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It was the warmest period of the year but we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. The facility keeps a nice constant temperature. No mosquitoes :) Clean and tidy. The host Mariana is very polite and responsive and we had easy and effective communication.
