We absolutely loved our stay! We had this hotel recommended from one of my Danish friends who stayed here three years ago and stated it was a highlight of her trip in Bolivia. Having travelled for 7 weeks in South America now, we can also say that this is a key highlight of our trip! We stayed in the Suite with Jacuzzi and it was stunning. The attention to detail in the rooms made us feel very cozy and at ease from the get go. We can highly recommend booking this room if you want a huge window with a nature view and the most relaxing setting. The Jacuzzi fits two people and you will have views of the beautiful lake. The staff was so helpful and accommodated all our requests be it tea to the room, an extra night, arranging baggage service or routes to walk around the island- thank you! As we booked a second night we changed rooms as the Suite with Jacuzzi was unavailable. We stayed in a Double Room which was also very nice. All in all, treat yourself to a stay here!

Ecolodge El descanso está a 15 km de Baño Inka y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, terraza y bar. La vista increíble. Desayuno muy bueno. Gente muy amable.

El Inti Illimani Lodge tiene jardín y está en Comunidad Yumani, en la Isla del Sol. Ofrece vistas al lago y al jardín. El lodge sirve un desayuno a la carta todos los días. Hermoso hotel! Nos ayudaron mucho para llegar y cuando estábamos ahí también fueron muy amables y dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas. La vista es increíble.

A Magical Escape with Breathtaking Views Our stay was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and spotless. Although we were delayed by the boat and had to climb what felt like a thousand steps to reach the lodge (a bit of an exaggeration!), the host went out of his way to help—he sent his younger brother to meet us along the way, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. By the time we reached the lodge, night had fallen and the moon was just beginning to rise over the horizon—a massive orange glow that added to the magic of the moment. The views from the lodge were nothing short of breathtaking. It was truly a special and unforgettable experience.

This place is a gem - gorgeous view of lake, bright and clean rooms, hot water in showers, excellent heaters available in room, decent breakfast. Lucy who served breakfast has a lovely manner and is very polite. I stayed 3 nights and she changed my sheets and towels after the 2nd night which was a lovely touch.
