This place is absolutely beautiful. The house is very nice, has lots of wood, it feels airy and open, and has a beautiful tropical garden. The kitchen is full of everything you might need, the yard has a hammock and lifting weights for a workout. It also has plenty of tables, chairs and outlets to work on your laptop. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is great, and the AC works well. And my taxi driver told me this was the best neighborhood in Paraty. It felt extremely calm and safe to walk there and it was only a short walk from the center. The owner is a great guy, very nice and very helpful. And not to underestimate - the WiFi works great! If you work online, this is your place.
