The room was spacious and confy. The front desk opened all day is a plus, and the personnel was really friendly. We were able to use the hot tub every day and we got the complimentary bikes for an all afternoon.

Featuring an indoor pool and waterslide, this British Columbia resort overlooks Elk River and is less than 5 minutes’ drive to skiing at Fernie Alpine Resort. Free WiFi is offered in all rooms. The property was perfect for our family trip to fernie. Our 4 year old loved the water slide and game room. The restaurant was great, convenient and our server (who was from Nepal) went above and beyond. All the staff was helpful, accommodating and nice but Param at the front desk (spelling?) made our trip exceptional. She was so kind, professional and patient with us when we needed to extend our stay. We will be back next time we visit fernie.
