The host was very detailed oriented and responsive. Instructions were clear and we felt welcomed and attended the whole time we stay there. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you could need! And the place was spotless clean when we arrived. The security system and the Enso Connect app made the check-in and check-out much more easier as it showed the information with pictures. And! It’s well located, closer to downtown, Chinatown, Little Italy and transport!

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable - really perfect! I briefly told the staff that it is to celebrate one of my son's birthday, then they gave my son a complimentary dessert with a nice birthday card. This is really a bonus! Thanks for their thoughtfulness! Besides, the room fulfils our requirement as we have a family of five. The two queen beds are spacious and the sofa bed is big enough for one of my children to use.
