I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment I arrived, self checkin was so easy. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The service throughout my stay was truly top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! A special thanks to Thomas for letting us feel like home .

Stunning idyllic Swiss chalet style lodge. So clean and all food was delicious. Staff so helpful and happy. Really lovely location too. Couldn’t ask for more. We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast really tasty and bed comfortable. Having the possibility to go to the SPA and afterwards sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, was relaxing! The rooms are soundproof, so we were not disturbed by any noise. As well, not to forget about the free underground packing! We will definitely book this hotel again for our future trip.

El Mountain Paradise está ubicado en Zermatt y cuenta con sauna y sala de vapor. El establecimiento está situado en la tranquila zona residencial de Winkelmatten y ofrece vistas al monte Cervino. Todo me gustó del desayuno, estaba muy completo y las vistas que tiene la instalación son únicas.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. Excellent hotel, spacious nicely decorated room with fantasic view to the Apls. The bed were super comfortable, had a L shaped large balcony with a panoramic mindblowing view of the swiss alps. The breakfast was excellent. The staff at the reception was coordial, offered me a mobile charge adapter. The staff at the restaurant was polite and attentive.

El Hotel Jägerhof tiene una ubicación tranquila cerca del centro de Zermatt, a 5 minutos a pie del teleférico de Klein Matterhorn. El establecimiento dispone de gimnasio y WiFi gratuita. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y rico para que puedas tener energía para la montaña. Habíamos reservado una habitación sin vista pero nos hicieron un upgrade gratuito y salíamos al balcón para poder ver al Matterhorn. La habitación es cómoda, limpia y linda, un ambiente rústico. Todos son muy atentos y amables.
