The hotel was clean, with a modern stylish African infused design throughout. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the lagoon (room 908 was perfectly positioned). The concierge (Melvin) was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay; providing me with tips of where to visit, arranging my transportation and trips. This made my stay even more worthwhile and made me feel like a valued customer.

Very cozy residence situated in a very safe neighborhood. The staff were very courteous and polite, the room was spacious and the AC units are extremely efficient for anyone who would be wondering. The owner offered to drive me to the airport on my second day to pick up the luggage that the airline had forgotten to bring. It was very nice of him.

Everything! The area in II Plateaux is convenient. The property is nice, especially the outside area around the swimming pool where you get your breakfast and you can lounge. The staff are amazing, every single one of them (people at the reception, at the security entrance, in the breakfast area...). Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout my stay.
