I arrived at PEK airport with no arranged travel to the hotel, but with a quick message to Sophie she was at the airport to pick me up in 20 minutes, at a really good price and a return to the airport the following night! My room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and clean/ smart facilities ( the toilet seat was heated!! 😁) All in all my visit to Beijing was short but with the help of Sophie and her team my stay was very pleasant and stress free. If I ever need to stay in Beijing again I'll be sure to visit the Lotus Art Inn without question!

The property is around 500 metres from Yonghegong Temple, 3.9 km from Shichahai Area and 4.4 km from Wangfujing Street. The bedroom was comfortable, the hospitality was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were attentive and gave us great tips for sightseeing and local restaurants. The hotel has AI (XiaoDu). It doesn’t support English, but that’s not a problem.

Fantastic place to stay! The hosts were so sweet and helpful. They have umbrellas for the guests, traditional clothes you can take with you to the great wall for pictures, sandals for the bathroom, and a dumpling making night - they even gave us a ride to the wall! The food is also not to be missed. Lots of options, and everything we had was delicious. I would happily stay again!

I tried the CHAO on this trip - it’s absolutely the best hotel in Beijing for many reasons- it’s a very cool building, the experience is more like staying in your own studio apartment- it’s absolutely spotlessly clean- the position in Sanlitun is ideal - and importantly the staff are wonderful - an absolute joy to stay there I’m already planning my next stay in November.

Also, they had water bar which has bottles water, hot water and tea. Staff didn’t speak too much english but very helpful. Manager Zhang gave lots of advices.

She is always there to help, if you need anything. The room is very clean and spacious. We loved the place and the surrounding so that we even extended our stay for one more night.
