It was an amazing stay and I loved everything. First I have to thank Joye for being super nice and helpful, he was in touch before I arrive and managed to book for me tour and sort everything to make my stay wonderful. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town in a beautiful old Chinese house, I loved my room with the spa bathtub, it was like going back in time to live a Chinese’s dynasty. Joye spoke excellent English and his assistant was nice enough to pick me and my luggage from the South Gate to to the hotel, they were doing everything to make my stay comfortable. Joye also booked for me jade snow mountain tour and recommended amazing restaurants. Thank you for all the help, highly recommend this place :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner welcomed us personally, picking us up at the airport and even driving us to the train station at the end of our stay free of charge. He also helped us organize our excursions and provided us with very important and interesting information about the area. Our room was beautiful, with a stunning view, a spacious bathroom with both shower and bathtub, very comfortable bedding, and we enjoyed a very good breakfast every morning. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay and warmly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the region.

The room is cosy, comfortable and clean, I slept really well. Not far from the hotel is a little night market where you can eat great food. The hotel is family owned and they helped me so much to make my stay great and visit Xishuangbanna. The service and the help were exceptional!

The room was very nice. Additionally it is very close to Dali old town and to the cable cars for hiking. It is not directly in downtown and that is why it is relatively calm there. Additionally we were able to wash our clothes here

My stay here was perfect. The staff were very accommodating, and the girl working there was especially helpful. Even though her English isn’t perfect, she’s always available on WeChat and answers any questions quickly. They provide unlimited water and even a couple of free coffees from their specialty cafe during the stay, which is a nice touch. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also very good. Overall, I would highly recommend this place 100%!

It boasts excellent scenery, featuring a dedicated viewing deck on the third floor where you can admire the Cangshan Mountain. There is also a "sky mirror" perfect for photography. The toiletries are well-stocked, and the bath amenities are from Penhaligon's. The breakfast is delicious, and the overall experience is highly recommended.
