Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Tatacoa Desert

July is a really nice person, she goes out of her way to help you and makes you feel at home.The breakfast is ok and the pool refreshing. The airco works and that is definitly important. The property itself is charming, with a nice outdoor area. The location is good, in the center of the village. July recomended Camilo as a tourguide and he was excelent.

The location is perfect to chill and visit Tatacoa desert. The owner is really friendly and cook delicious meal. The pool is great. Friendly cats and dog, buggy car to visit the desert was cool :)

The hotel is a small place on the outskirts of Villavieja. The location is good for visiting the Tatacoa Desert. The hotel offered us a guide to take us there and it was really reasonably priced and the guide was excellent. The staff was really nice and helpful and going out of their way to accommodate us at any time. While there was no air-conditioning in our room, a fan was provided. Hotel dog, Estrella, was super cute too.

John is by far the most friendly host we’ve ever met. He responds quick, is very kind and helps to make the best out of your trip in Tatacoa. The dinner and breakfast are very tasty, the location in the desert is magic and his 2 dogs are lovely as well. In addition to this, he can arrange a guide for both the red and the grey desert and this guide is very good as well, definately don’t skip the grey part of the desert, it’s beautiful and if you are lucky like us, you can spot a lot of animals! We give John a 10+!

the place was absolutely gorgeous, plants everywhere and lots of vintage decorations, also they have dogs, cats and a parrot that are really cute.
