The hosts are very kind and welcoming and helpful despite the language barrier in my case. It’s located on the road to the Tatacoa Desert so you can easily get a tuk tuk to pick you up from the hostel to go. A small 6 minute walk to the VillaVieja city center. Had a great stay would definitely recommend!

We loved this place! The rooms were furnished to a high standard. Perfect place to stay for a walk in the desert and get lost in the stars.

Casa Hotel Estelar está en Villavieja y tienepiscina al aire libre, salón de uso común y bar. Todo, el personal fue muy atento y amable dispuestos a ayudarte y asesorarte con las excursiones. Los desayunos son correctos. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, habitaciones amplias, todo muy limpio, buen wifi. La piscina grande y bien cuidada perfecta para refrescarse. Tienen servicio de lavandería. Yeiner nos llevó de ruta al Tatacoa y al tour nocturno y fue muy amable y profesional en todo. Buena ubicación al lado de la plaza donde dejan los buses. Sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento a todo el personal.

The pillows were comfortable and I had a great sleep. I also liked that the property is a little more isolated than some others, they were kind enough to turn off the lights so we could view the starry sky. Breakfast was delicious.

Where to start... this place is the highlight of our trip across colombia! The accommodation is beautiful, imagine waking up to a desert breeze, hearing horses gallop by, listening to the sounds of birds as you lay in bed. Breakfast was delicious and accompanied by humming birds next to the table in the trees. Dinner was one of the best beefsteaks I've ever had, the portion was generous and just utterly delicious. There's a spot to charge your electronics, a gang of friendly dogs, games, lots of places to chill, a pool and lots of flowers growing all around. It's paradise! The staff went out of their way to make our trip memorable and they are just fantastic. Seriously, you cannot get a better location and a better stay in the area than this place!!!!

Mi estancia en casa de Andrea fue maravillosa; me hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El ambiente es acogedor y cómodo, ideal para una estancia agradable. Además, ofrecen la opción de preparar el desayuno por un costo adicional, lo cual es un gran detalle. Sin duda, la próxima vez que regrese, volveré a hospedarme aquí.
