The location was brilliant. Big family rooms and dog friendly.

A delight for dog owners when one opens the door of the room to find a dog bed, mat, bowls, a quality dog toy and a packet of quality dog food. As an author of guide books for dog walkers, I can say that this is a very thoughtful touch which goes a long way in convincing dog owners to return to the property.

Check in was very easy to get to and that parking was available on site (didn’t get charged for parking during my stay at the hotel). Loved that the hotel is pet friendly though we didn’t bring our dogs and they offered a 24 hour bar down stairs with a vending machine! The showers and wardrobes are very beautiful! We loved the rölladens which adjusted throughout the day to accommodate a calming, cooling, non-glare environment! The hotel was also very, very close to the public transport systems!

Great stuff. Pet friendly hotel (at 21:00 to find dog friendly hotel was a huge problem for me). Super big apartment, i felt like I'm minister as minimum. Bath in apartment also made me happy.

Location was excellent. Very close to the Old Town. We were there when the Christmas markets were open so those were nearby. Pet friendly and good sound insulation. The rooms were very quiet. I didn't even know there were many other guests with dogs because of how quiet it was in the rooms.

The location is nice, close to the rail station and the center. The room was quiet and spacious and the breakfast had a wide variety. All in all a pleasant stay. The hotel is pet friendly and charge 15 euros per night per dog.

Really great pet-friendly hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Stayed with 2 kids and a dog. The room was huge, bed quite comfy. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from. Superb, tranquil location. Parking was free.

We basically stayed overnight to make the connection between Heidelberg and Munich. The hotel itself was ok, the bedroom as big enough and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was also pet-friendly, which allowed us to take our dog with us during our journey. The parking is also okay. I would also like to thank the staff since I cannot speak German, they did a lot of effort to communicate with me.
