We spent two nights here while we were hiking the Quilatoa Loop. This is an amazing place to stay in Chugchilan. You will feel so welcomed by the family who owns the hostel - they are so kind and gracious and make you feel so comfortable and at home. The vegetarian meals were huge and delicious and there was banana bread available all day as well as coffee and tea. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. The cat Theresa is so friendly and the sweetest little boy lives here!!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The meals were fantastic, the fire place is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the hot water is hot, the location is easy to get to via local buses from Quito, the day tour to Cotopaxi is great and affordable and the property is quiet. It ticks every box!

Habíamos reservado el dormitorio pero al final nos ofrecieron una habitación privada! Hay la posibilidad de hacer una clase de yoga. Mejor desayuno de Suramérica ! Nos quedamos una noche pero vale la pena quedarse más días

I had the pleasure of staying at The Hostal Cloud Forest for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. Their service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. The accommodations were comfortable, and while the nights can get quite chilly due to the lack of heating, the hostel provides exceptionally warm blankets. Once I was under the covers, I was perfectly cozy and had a great night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a unique and immersive stay on the Quilotoa hiking loop with warm hospitality, The Hostal Cloud Forest is a fantastic choice. I would definitely recommend it to nature lovers and adventurers alike!

Hostería Hotel Cuello de Luna - Cotopaxi - Country Inn está en Lasso y dispone de wifi gratis, bicicletas gratis, jardín y restaurante. We loved everything about this place, it was the best accommodation we had in our whole trip around Ecuador, from the location to the staff, the room, the surroundings, it was all absolutely lovely, can't recommend enough. We only stayed for one night, wish we could've stayed longer, it's a prefect place to relax.

De fondo, se ve el imponente volcán Cotopaxi en una estampa impresionante. El trato por parte de Grace, totalmente familiar, cercano y ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitamos. Nos organizó la visita a Cotopaxi adaptándola a nuestras necesidades (y no pudo estar mejor, encima acompañó el día), nos dio de cenar y desayunar una comida deliciosa y nos acompañó durante nuestra estancia haciéndola super agradable, haciendo gala de un amor por las montañas que es contagioso. Un 10, más que un simple sitio donde quedarse es una experiencia en sí misma. Nos vamos encantados. Ojalá volver pronto (o vernos en las montañas del País Vasco ;) )
