First of all we were able to checkin earlier without any problem because of our night bus. The room is huge and very clean and they provide water, coffee and tea. The location is perfect in the city center and the price for what you get is amazing, that’s why we extended our stay over and over again.

The breakfast was fresh and very good. I certainly recommend this place!

They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. The property has a beautiful lawn, the rooms were clean, showers were hot, daily housekeeping available, and cute dogs! A nice and quiet property only 15 minutes walk from the center of Banos

It offers spectacular mountain views, tropical gardens with BBQ facilities and charming wooden bungalows. The location and architecture is stunning. The room is reminiscent of lodges in Africa, generous in size and beautiful colours. Thanks to lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Great meals and lovely dogs.

Everything was PERFECT! The location is ideal, as Baños is a party city and gets real loud. We were able to sleep soundly while being only a 10 minute walk from literally everything. The showers are super hot, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great. The real star of the show though, is Joanna. She was incredibly attentive, wanted us to have the best possible time while visiting, and was so so kind. She helped us check in early since we had an overnight bus, and was always available if we needed anything. She is the reason I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone.
