Quiet residential location and house. 15 minutes relaxed walk across nice park to shops and cafes. Lovely spacious lounge overlooking park, large bedrooms, heating and water excellent, everything modern provided. Food shops nearby. Parking great but we didn’t use. Luxurious for us elderly couple.

The place was lovely and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was tiny but very comfortable, we felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely love to stay there again.

The guesthouse is near the city, 7 minutes by car. The area is with lots of greenery and a garden around. The accommodation was nice, the host very friendly. We had a situation in the room, the host reacted quickly and we were moved to another apartment, convenient. Price was ok.

Künni Villa, saun ja mullivann, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 13 min a pie de Ruins of the Viljandi Order Castle. Very nice and feels like home. All the good facilities like sauna and bath tub and ceramic grill. Beds were very soft and the sheets and towels were brand new and felt really good.
