When I asked for a guide to provide a tour she arranged one ensuring no details were missed and at competitive price. She is reliable, somehow always available for your queries or to arrange anything you need and all with a smile. Ahmed and other staff were so friendly and helpful that it made us feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was better than I expected and the location was perfect for our needs.

Was clean, big and the host was more than kind. Ahmed prepared a meal at 9:30 in the night for us cause we were tired and did not wanted to go out. Ahmed changed our dollars to egipcian pounds as the bank exhange. Ahmed son, the cute Anes did take us to the pharmacy when we needed. He assisted us in many ways more than just a hotel. We will come back and we will recomend to out friends and family.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the major attractions like Tahrir Square and Egyptian Museum (just 10-min walking distance). And it's very safe here. - The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. The bed is big and the sheets were soft. I had great night sleeps. - The hotel accepts both credit cards and cash, which is easier for the guest. - Breakfast is included. - The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable. - The owner was amazing. He was so helpful and accommodating. He reminded me to extend my stays. He really made me feel like a valued guest. - Unlike some other high-score hotel in booking.com, the hotel pictures are real, and it can be found on the google maps - this is helpful when u take a uber ride from airport at the first day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Heaven Hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cairo.
