The location is quiet and in walking distance to the Champagne Avenue. We enjoyed very much ending the evening in the beautiful La Petalerie garden, serving charcuterie boards and champagne.

We had a great experience at Le Chateau d Étoges, very elegant and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful; they give us few suggestions to follow our Champagne Trail/Tours. We had diner at one of their restaurants and it was delicious and service outstanding.

A few notes that may be helpful: - If entering at night, have a torch or your mobile handy as the nearest light switch to the door is quite a way in. - Note the wifi code before you go in as our GSM signal was weak inside and so you need the wifi (thick walls!) - The smaller room with a single bed gives off one of the doubles and there is no door or closing. - There is another gite above (with its own entrance) so don’t be surprised if you hear movement upstairs - Remember some change for the tourist tax

Chez Émile la suite, maison 2 chambres à la campagne se encuentra en Humes, a solo 26 km de Golf Arc-en-Barrois, y ofrece alojamiento con bar y wifi gratis. This house is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need and more. It is comfortable and very clean. A delicious (and extensive) pancake meal was waiting for us upon arrival. The car can be parked right in front of the house and the host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely book here again.
