The attention to detail by the friendly and helpful owner. The room and bed were super comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was the best i have had at any hotel. Artisan yogurt, granola, cheeses and breads. Meat, crreals, honey, jam, fresh fruit, brioche cake, croissants and eggs cooked to order!

Everything was just amazing. Kind hosts who went above and beyond expectations. Super comfortable beds. We had to leave early on our departure day, and they prepared a lovely breakfast-to-go which was delicious and generous of them. The bathrooms were perfect and the outdoor games and facilities were lovely.

We heard nothing at all from the airport which is very close on the map. Helpful staff, beautiful bedrooms, a stunning restaurant and breakfast room overlooking the water and a perfect pool for swimming, lying in the sun or relaxing. A truly exceptional destination - we will definitely return.

The staff is young, dynamic and extremely welcoming. The location is perfect for a quiet, yet luxurious stay, within walking distance from the city center and only a few steps from the beach and the Biarritz light tower. We had one dinner, favoring local and regional products: excellent! Breakfasts are generous. The underground parking garage features excellent EV chargers. A very strong recommendation!

Our favorite part of this visit was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire Madison staff. They clearly explained everything, from spa hours, to breakfast options, and reception hours. It was very nice to have the option to get coffee all day on the balcony! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The breakfast buffet was a deal, with many options and delicious coffee! The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed! We could even cast our phone apps to watch english tv! Wifi worked very well. And finally, the location was close to everything! The harbour, the beach, shopping, grocery, and historical buildings. We will be back, and The Madison is where we will stay.
