The room was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was spotless and in great condition, and the ventilation in the room was excellent, making the stay very comfortable. While the hotel is located a bit outside the center of Borjomi, I actually found this to be a great advantage — it's peaceful and calm, a perfect escape from the busy town. The hosts went above and beyond. They kindly allowed me to use the washing machine and even provided an iron so I could take care of my clothes — something I really appreciated during my trip. In the morning, they prepared a delicious and sweet breakfast that I really enjoyed. What touched me most was their willingness to help when my car broke down — they offered their support without hesitation, and thanks to their help, the issue was resolved. Thank you again, Panorama Hotel. I truly appreciated everything, and I absolutely plan to return on my next trip to Borjomi!

It's a full apartment/house with all the amenities that you need. The hosts (I think they were the hosts parents) don't speak English but went above and beyond to accommodate me.
