Yes you need to read the description because the bedroom ans one of the balconies is upstairs but it was not a problem for us.

Situated in Kypri, just 400 metres from Agios Petros Beach, Cyclades Serenity Beach House features beachfront accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 32 km from Archaeological Museum of Andros. The property is non-smoking and is located 2.3 km from Port of Gavrio. Both Ariadne and Konstantinos were lovely hosts. The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed for our family (4). Very clean rooms, large and with lots of space for clothes and other stuff! Strongly recommended.
