Lovely small hotel with great attention to detail. My grandson has celiac disease and every morning they waited him with delicious GF food. He was happy and we were all grateful. The hotel has a restaurant which is fantastic. We had some truly memorable meals there, including my grandson. The pool was fun. Balatonszemes is a quaint place with great beaches and restaurants and confectioneries. We especially enjoyed the ice cream place in this hot weather. The room had great air conditioning but there were screens on the windows and as it cooled down for the night we opted to sleep by the open windows. Very quiet place at night.

La comunicación el anfitrión fue muy fluida y correcta. Coordinamos la hora de llegada y nos recibieron muy bien. Queríamos un lugar tranquilo, y así lo fue. En la zona no había practicamente movimiento. Es una suerte tener el spa abajo, eso sumó mucho. El departamento es cómodo, se pueden preparar comidas sencillas y tiene unas vistas hermosas al lago, que está a pocos metros de distancia.

Los apartamentos tienen buen tamaño, distribución y están bien equipados. El personal fue muy agradable y atento, incluso con un imprevisto por nuestra parte respondieron enseguida y nos facilitaron mucho las cosas.
