Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Kerala

Its a beautiful pet friendly property located on the banks of a lake. Its well kept and theyve maintained the natural environment of that area. We took the lake view room which had a nice view . The room was small but was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and the food was decent. They offer activities like kayaking which were also very good. A big plus was that we were able to take our pets.Overall it was a pretty good experience.

Imagine a beautiful old house, renovated and decorated in the best way, filled with art, shaded by hundreds of years old raintrees, surrounded by a tropical garden with a spacious pool and a waterlily pond. So instead of lying in the middle of Fort Cochin, calm and refreshing. Then imagine the most kind and helpful staff and add some of the cutest pets you have ever met as dog Happy and cat Valentine and the animals who visit the garden as Kingfisher, Brahmin Kites, Mungos and of course crows and doves, then you have The Old Harbour Hotel!

Place is so neat and clean and the view from balcony is very beautiful with cardamom farming,some pets like duck,beautifull cat and some dogs,owner's family is very lovely,sweet and humble,i've just stayed for 1 days due to lack of time but i would like to stay more than 1 month in future ifever i have time.This is highly recommend place if you are planning to have vaccation in thekkady.

Nestled in the serene wilderness, this property boasts a picturesque river stream flowing beside it. The culinary offerings are outstanding, with a delightful array of authentic Kerala dishes to savor. The staff, led by the ever-welcoming Ratish, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable vacation. What's more, it's a pet-friendly paradise – we enjoyed every moment with our golden retriever.

The property owner is exceptionally welcoming and dedicated to maintaining the property impeccably. I have no grievances to report. I traveled with my dog, and the property is entirely enclosed, ensuring that my pet could roam freely without any concerns. The environment is secure, tranquil, and serene.

The staff at Old Harbour Hotel were so friendly, fun, and accommodating! We were also greeted by several sweet hotel pets (cats and dogs). The interior is beautiful and our room felt like an intimate art gallery. We had dinner at the hotel and that was one of my favourite meals of our whole trip. The sweet potato fries with mint chutney was amazing. The staff also helped us tremendously by arranging a taxi to Kochi Airport when we left.

It's a beautiful location and you have a shortcut to the north cliff beach . The hospitality was top notch and my stay was very comfortable. Parking is also hastle free. The property is also pet friendly it seems . Thank you very much.
