The hotel is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could wish for and more. The service is fantastic. Breakfast is superb and the roof top terrace a wonderful place to have a drink and even a pizza late afternoon. Location is perfect, within walking distance from Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the metro station which takes you straight to Vatican City. The main shopping street is a block away. The perfect hotel to stay in Rome!

I was greeted by Viktoria who was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a map and explained the areas of interest. The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. I was concerned that there might be noise from the breakfast room nearby, but my room was quiet. The included breakfast was exceptional, with bacon, eggs, cheese, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. I've stayed at several B&Bs in Rome, but this is my favorite. This is definitely my first choice from now on. The staff was super helpful all the way around.

They went an extra mile to make us comfortable and cater to my kid’s food requirements. They were always warm and welcoming. Location: perfect perfect perfect. Close to many good restaurants and amidst beautiful lanes.

Situated 100 metres from Torre Argentina and offering a shared terrace and free WiFi, Sant'Ivo Apartments provides accommodation in Rome. Some units also have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave. Santivo Apartments was everything I hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major sights, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great tips for local spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!
