The location was so convenient, close to attractions and also just next to subway station. The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The Italian restaurant was supper nice with a very relaxing rooftop. Overall, there are only good things to say about my stay at ACE. For sure I would strongly recommended to my friends.

This very unique boutique hotel is very clean and has well appointed modern rooms with luxurious shower facilities in the bathroom. We were so impressed with the well thought out in-room facilities for guests traveling with their dog. The sleeping area in the room was so incredibly luxurious and quiet, the complimentary coffee and orange juice in the morning was greatly appreciated as well as we really enjoyed delicious complimentary hot dogs before heading out to the bar each night. The dog motifs everywhere was a really nice touch, we were missing our dogs while traveling so it was also nice to meet other guests and their dogs.

Really homey Japanese style house with the coziest kotatsu and sincere hospitality. The breakfast was different and delicious everyday, prepared by the host. Overall a highlight of our trip and truly memorable. Bonus - theres a great onsen nearby open to public.

It was the same wonderful experience, but more peaceful and contemplative. The building has only four floors and stretches through a beautiful garden. It offers more intimacy, tranquility, and calm—perfect for a peaceful stay, enjoying massages, reflections, mental rest, and everything that Japanese culture is so well known for.

Very clean place, very nice owners and hosts, you feel like a real guest there. Good value for money. Even daily laundry was included in price. I really recommend, good location too.

The host was so kind, a family owned business! It was really comfortable and it felt like I was staying at home. Watched TV in the living room, rented their bike, and everything was really clean. They also offer pick -up from Miyazu Station which was very convenient. I would stay here again.
