Free WiFi is available in the rooms. The room was comfortable cozy and modern. I went with my mom and dog and even though I had my dog's stuff the staff brought a dog pillow and dogs bowl. The spa was quite nice. Everything was spotless clean and the staff super friendly and useful.

First of all, Luxembourg city is a complete love from the first site! And this hotel in the very heart of walking tourists area in old city part - was the best decision of whole trip. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, you would enjoy both interesting views in the bars and restaurants and in the rooms as well. Though the hotel itself is relatively small, and you should get through corridors and minimalistic halls to different parts of the hotel, it is still very cozy and sweet. As it was my birthday, my husband ordered a romantic greeting for our room with flowers, champagne and candles. It was lovely :) I would like to separately thank the front office manager Mr. Thibault who was super friendly and welcoming, taking care of our short stay in all respects. The spacious hotel rooms at Sofitel Luxembourg are luxuriously decorated and have modern features such as flat-screen satellite TVs. There is a seating area for guests to relax, a tea/coffee maker is provided. Close to free tram. They were very helpful and gave us an early check in. The best ever beds....has a goose feather top and apparently you can buy it online. Lying in bed you fall into a soft bed that enfolds your body and you sleep like a baby 👶 the Christmas decorations in the foyer are also beautiful!!

I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My private room had everything I needed, and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. They showed me around the house and clearly thought about every detail to make guests feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place!
