There were 4 of us on our motorcycle trip from Riga to the border of Esonia and we had space to put all our motorcycles just next to the terrace. A lot of space to dry all your motorcycle clothes on the terrace. All needed kitchen appliances was big plus. You can prepare breakfast yourself. And very good shop was just in 50 meters walk. I was initially sceptical about sleeping on just matresses without any bed, but at the end those were very comfy mattresses as for me.
