Beautiful, peaceful oasis in the busy streets of Marrakech. Clean pool nice staff and a lovely house cat. Very helpful and lovely people, would really recommend staying here. They are a great help for understanding the area and finding your tour operators.
Also you get a great room for the price. It’s nice and above all safe.

Extremely warm and welcoming staff, especially Maxim, he was so helpful and friendly throughout our entire visit, the breakfast is filling and tasty and the environment is beautiful, every main attraction in the city is in walkable distance and a place where they can pick you up by car is 5 minutes away so great location as well.
Thank you for everything!
I would 100% recommend this Riad.

Staff were very nice. WiFi was good. Two pools and a garden area. Large, nicely decorated room. Good hot water supply. Two lovely, playful, well behaved dogs on site - as well as peacocks, rabbits and cats. Airport pick up and drop off at a good price. Wishing the Villa all the best - doing a good job :)

Sparkling clean and perfectly located in the heart of the Medina in a quiet, yet very accessible alley. Most important of all, the staff was the highlight of the riad, they went above and beyond to take care of us (and all of the customers). Our deepest appreciation to Olivier and his staff. For those interested, the property is dog friendly, and they have excellent recommendations for restaurants, guides, tours, etc. (not the usual touristy stuff…)

The staff was wonderful and very attentive. They got us all the taxis and information we needed. They had wonderful cat workers as well who were there when you wanted something to pet (He likes tips). The restaurant food and drinks were phenomenal and their happy hour slaps. The views of the courtyard and the flowers were to die for. It is a very quiet and safe area. Breakfast was good and changed from day to day. The cleaning ladies cleaned so well and would even fold our clothes for us.

Everything! The communication with Rachid before arrival, the warm, stylish welcome, the design, spacious incredible rooms, staff, the pets the plants, the roof terrasse.. and the true hospitality of moroccan tea on the house throughout the stay is a very appreciated, generous gesture. A true gem and home away from home in the Medina.

The breakfast was simple but good, better than exploring the city for expensive prices and shitty breakfast. Book the “sweet” category if you want a more modern room like you see in the pictures. The highlight for me was the amazing service of the recepcionist Ayoub. Staff make all the difference in one stay. Ayoub was friendly, helpful and extremely competent.

The stay was probably the best I ever had with booking. Perfect location in middle of all the hustle but at the same time the most calm environment in the whole Marrakesh. Road provides a safe heaven, full of trees, birds, sun at the roof top and welcoming staff always with smile on their face and great service. We were welcomed by Peter, who was offering many tips. The price is great and fair for what you get and no one is trying to trick you with extra costs, we were always told if something was extra charge in advance.

Staff was absolutely amazing!!! Very welcoming upon arrival. If you book transfer from airport, they will coordinate transfer and meet you at drop off location to walk you to the door (as it is in pedestrian zone). They walk through the map of Marrakech and take the time to give you tips/trips. Mousseim and Abdul were amazing!! Mousseim even spent multiple hours taking us to purchase good quality Argan oil and Morrocan carpets like a local. Highly recommend!!
