Everything was perfect since we arrived. We felt like we were at home. Special thanks to Yassine and his family for amazing treatment and so good recommendations. It was our pleasure to be his guests and would definitely come back in future. I recommend this place to everybody.

Rashid was really kind and stayed up until late to let us check in when we had a BIG delay - much appreciated. The house has a great vibe to it and a warm atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the African coffee with spices for breakfast - quite exceptional! Highly recommended!

Nadia, Brahim and their team are wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming, always eager to assist you in any way possible and to make your stay at their beautifully renovated and just recently opened traditional clay house this very unique experience. They do not only run the hotel with all their heart but also give you a glimpse into the fascinating culture and history of the oasis Skoura.
The house is situated in the middle of a palmeraie. Breakfast and tea are served on the rooftop terrace, from where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. If you wish you can book a guided tour through the oasis. We enjoyed our time at the Heritage House very much and even decided to prolongue our stay. Thank you Nadia for everything, it was a great pleasure to meet you. We wish you all the best and would love to return sometime in the future!

It's my second time in Morocco and I've booked in to several different Riads, Hotels, etc. Though, I can wholeheartedly say, I've never felt home as much as I did in this one. The entire Riad is one big photo opp straight out 'Arabian nights' - each room is designed with care (and A/C), really comfortable beds and attention to detail.
The very best though is, you will be treated like you're part of the family (which equals being treated like a king/queen compared to western standards). At no time I had a single care that wasn't taken care of by any of the lovely staff.
I adore the location, no matter if looking out the bathroom window into the palm trees, the 360 view from the roof top, or any of the terrasses - this is Zagoras best.
A genuine thank you to all the staff for making my stay unforgettable!

A wonderful place for a hike, the room is clean and bright. We enjoyed delicious food prepared by the friendly Noureddine, who is very kind to children. I highly recommend taking a trip to the desert with guide Ali, who showed us an exciting place where we could find many fossils!🤩

Absolutely beautiful place and crazy value for money. The food was exceptional also possibly some of the best I had in morocco. The staff were amazing, especially Omar. They were very patient with my poor french skills as they did not speak English well. However, it was no problem as everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The garden and property were so beautiful. One of the best places I stayed in morocco and would have stayed longer if i didn't have a schedule. Definitely stay here if you are in Zagora!

Great location. Beautiful terrace with amazing views. Dinner by the fireplace and host were wonderful!! Short drive or walk to the canyon entrance. Definitely get a local guide if you plan to do any hiking at monkey fingers. The path is not clear and you will get a better experience with a local

Staying in Les Chandelles was the best experience of our road trip in Morocco. The host and his chief treated us to a wonderful spontaneus dinner. Sa’id accompanied us to dinner and told us legends about Berbers, about his life as a nomad, taught us a bit of Arabic and Berber. We will never forget this place.
The house is located in a beautiful area. The rooms are nice and clean.

The name of this hotel suits perfectly. It's quiet and peaceful and has many cosy corners to relax, be it in the garden, the rooftop terrace or one of several dining lounges.
Everything was as shown on the site. My room looked even nicer than I'd expected and they included some toiletries.
Ayoub and Mouad were always available and attentive without being intrusive. Ayoub personally looked after getting my onward bus ticket sorted when I couldn't buy it online. This kind of attention goes beyond what I would have expected.
The food was wonderful and prepared very well. I enjoyed the Tagine, couscous and the salads were carefully washed with filtered water. I also appreciated the espresso bar. The coffee was very good.
There is a museum right across from the hotel which is well worth visiting if you want to know more about the Draa Valley and its history.
Thank you again for a relaxing stay

Staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful. But they were run off their feet…even though the hotel wasn’t busy. The a/c in the rooms was strong. Great location in the centre of town and v near airport.
