And nanu explains you how the safari goes to happen. he will be your guide during the safari. i did safari walking and jeep. i saw tigers/rhinoceros/elephants/snakes/monkeys...). good price!! there are 2 or 3 rooms. usually not a lot of people. big room with mosquito net, fan ceiling and your own bathroom. it was clean. nothing to say. i paid 210€ in all : for 4 safaris walking and 1 safari jeep, meals, free water bottles, room. 8.5 days!! safari begins at 7am and finishes like 6pm. bardia park is good if you want to avoid the tourists like in chitwan. so lets go to nanu homestay if u want a very good experience in a local family instead a ressort expensive and without contact with the owner.

Best homestay ever!!!!!! Mukti and Renuka are the most lovely people, they made our stay just terrific! The local and organic food from the garden was amazing. Mukti is the best safari guide you can ask. We enjoyed every minute in the week we spent there.

It was great, my original plan was to stay 3 nights and I like it so much I stayed 7. The owner Krishna and his family, helps me with everything I needed, if it’s information, food, laundry and more. And Krishna was my guide, he knows the park so well we saw tiger almost everyday thanks to him. The room is big and clean. Highly recommended

Hukum, the owner and guide, worked so hard to make sure I had a good time. His wife provides the meals, which were excellent and organic (many of the items are from his own garden). He helped me plan an itinerary for my time there. His prices were reasonable for the excursions. I saw a tiger and elephant in the wild as well as many other species of birds and animals. Although it's significantly more expensive than the other day trips, I would recommend the rafting. It was peaceful and a unique way to see Bardiya.

Bardia Kingfisher Resort is located in Dhakela, 500 metres from Bardia National Park. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. The accommodation will provide you with a patio and a seating area. Great local family owned guest house with very friendly staff. Much of the food is locally sourced, including the rice that is grown in the family's own rice paddy. Guides were very good; determined to find a tiger for me, which they did even though they are hard to see at this time of year.
