We extended our stay and remained with Shardul and his family for 5 amazing days. The room is big, clean and comfortable and the garden is so beautiful to sit in, and we enjoyed all the great food there. Many of us asked for the recipes as we could not get enough, and Shardul’s wife Ankita happily promised to share 😊 The village close by is full of friendly people, the temple and market are worth a visit. We went for the safari 3 times and saw so many animals and enjoyed the fresh air and nature. Shardul is a wonderful guide who will answer every question. His family and staff are so attentive and makes you feel at home. We will definitely come again to this beautiful place.

Nanu's Bardiya Homestay is gelegen in Bhurkīā en biedt gratis WiFi en een tuin met een terras en uitzicht op de tuin. i spent a good stay in that nice family. nanu and his wife kali take care of you very well. she cooks a delicious dahl. And nanu explains you how the safari goes to happen. he will be your guide during the safari. i did safari walking and jeep. i saw tigers/rhinoceros/elephants/snakes/monkeys...). good price!! there are 2 or 3 rooms. usually not a lot of people. big room with mosquito net, fan ceiling and your own bathroom. it was clean. nothing to say. i paid 210€ in all : for 4 safaris walking and 1 safari jeep, meals, free water bottles, room. 8.5 days!! safari begins at 7am and finishes like 6pm. bardia park is good if you want to avoid the tourists like in chitwan. so lets go to nanu homestay if u want a very good experience in a local family instead a ressort expensive and without contact with the owner.

The garden is lovely and the rooms look great. We were in the jungle with the owner, Papu, for many days. He is a very skilled guide with excellent English, who doesn't only have a lot of knowledge of the animals and plants, but also cares about safety and the wellbeing of the animals we observed. We were very lucky to even see two tigers on different days with him. I really appreciated his knowledge of birds too. Very happy to have had you as our guide Papu!

Namaste Bardiya Resort bevindt zich in Bhurkīā met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, een gratis shuttleservice, bar, tuin en terras. the family is super helpful, friendly and easy going :) the food on the menu is very tasty. the houses are spacious, cozy and warm, with a great bed and bathroom. i felt at home immediately. the houses offer a lot of privacy on the big piece of land. the village is only a 15 min walk away and it is possible to see elephants nearby. thanks a lot for this welcoming stay!

Jungle Base Camp heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Bardia. Naast een conciërgedienst heeft deze accommodatie ook een waterpark. Hukum, the owner and guide, worked so hard to make sure I had a good time. His wife provides the meals, which were excellent and organic (many of the items are from his own garden). He helped me plan an itinerary for my time there. His prices were reasonable for the excursions. I saw a tiger and elephant in the wild as well as many other species of birds and animals. Although it's significantly more expensive than the other day trips, I would recommend the rafting. It was peaceful and a unique way to see Bardiya.

Mr B’s Place, mere steps from Bardiya National Park, is run by a lovely family. It would not be enough to say that the rooms are clean and comfortable, that the food is fresh,delicious and cooked to order when you wish and that the walking safari and the jeep safari are exciting and fun. It is the people that make the difference. The staff is friendly and attentive, ready to help and make your stay just right. Special thanks to Dipok, our jeep safari driver and especially to Loken our knowledge guide who not only made our two safari days special and filled with unique experiences but also took such good care of us during our 4 day stay. Thank you also to Bibek who welcomed us and helped us find a mechanic for our motorcycle malfunction. Highly recommend Mr B’s place for your time in Bardiya. We left our hearts.

Het Bardia Kingfisher Resort ligt in Dhakela, op 500 meter van het nationaal park Bardia. Het resort biedt gratis WiFi. De accommodatie is voorzien van een patio en een zithoek. Ontbijt was uitstekend, altijd voldoende en een ruime keuze. Iedereen deed zijn uiterste best om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. en geslaagd zijn ze erin.
