Felt like a home. For a group travelling it was in a great location, close to shopping centre and easy access. Lots of appliances included. Will definitely go back when we travel again.

The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful and soft linens. Everything we needed was there, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels for makeup removal, towels for showers and for the beach. Although we did not use the robes they were provided. This place is right in town and easy access to shops, breakfast, dinner and the Matakana Saturday Market which was a lot of fun! Wonderful A+ Host.

Only suggestion we have is the glass doors in the study area could do with a highlighted strip across them to avoid walking into when closed, which happened to us. Whoops. Lol.

The property is non-smoking and is set 7.1 km from Sculptureum. I chose this location as it was a short drive to Tawharanui Regional Park. Christine met me on arrival and showed me around and gave me excellent suggestions of what to see in the area. I only had an overnight stop but there was everything available that I needed in a lovely quiet setting. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the back deck where you could view the visiting wildlife and the bush walk down to the beach was handy.
