Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Bay of Islands

Great location close to the shops. Wonderful kitchen, warm and cosy, very dog friendly. It was so nice to have our dog be able to stay with us. Beds are comfy.

Centrally located but quiet street set back from main road. Well equiped kitchen and large secure garage very handy for bike storage and charging. Thank you for being dog friendly! Would def stay again, thanks

Bill was very welcoming and explained everything to us right from the start. Very approachable and easy to talk to. The rooms are well equipped, clean and modern. The air conditioning was a godsend in the heat. Lots of space, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds. The pool was a bonus and the location is A+ being on the edge of the town centre. This is a wonderful pet-friendly motel and it was great being able to have our maltese shitzu with us the entire stay.

The location was exceptional, in the middle of an orchard but close to the township, surrounded by very friendly pet chooks and piggies and a lovely senior dog watching over them. Klaus is a great host, offered us fresh fruit from the orchard and made sure we were feeling comfortable, safe and looked after. Thank you!

Good location. Tranquil surrounding. Fantastic view from the balcony. Well equipped, and have everything we need. Spacious lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. Dog friendly. Spacious area in the garden to walk around.

Great location, beautiful setting and very peaceful. Dog friendly was an understatement. Chris and Val adored our dog and treated her like she was their own.
