When staying at the bed and breakfast, guests can use private entrance. EVERYTHING! No, really! This kind of review is easy to complete because I have nothing but good things to say about Magic Mountain Lodge. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The room is as clean as it can be. The staff, the rooms, the grounds and above all else, the breakfast are beyond my expectations every time I stay here. Treat yourself and spend some time here.

The staff were phenomenal and allowed me to check-in a bit earlier than expected with no extra fee. Also, the hotel was pet friendly as advertised, located close to a Romero grocery store, and offered an included breakfast that left me feeling ready to take on the day ahead!

Rooms come with a patio with views of the mountain. Perfect host, all our wishes were fullfiled and we had more than few 🙂. Place is quiet, clean and with a great view on city from hills.

Pets are only accepted upon prior request to the hotel and must be approved, plus pets include an extra charge. The hotel only allows pets in El Palace (Three-Bedroom House) and Villas (Deluxe apartments). We enjoyed the time there. Great stuff and owner! Spent hours walking at a lonely beach with zero rocks or stones.

We had a spacious and nice decorated bungalow. The best was the very good working moskito nets so that you can sleep with fresh air without bugs. Staff was very nice. Café with breakfast options right on the premises. Nice garden.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I probably had one of the most pleasant stays that I had in my life at this place. The hotel is beautiful but what made it exceptional was the staff, Marcelo was super attentive and helped us in everything we needed (which was a lot but he remained happy to help us) and the owner of the hotel was also really thoughtful and took us to the restaurants that were outside the hotel. I cannot recommend enough this hotel for anyone thinking of staying in boquete!
