Our stay here was a pure delight and a blessing ! Me and my future wife spent 6 days here at the end of the May 2025, and we had a very pleasant surprise to be warmly welcomed here. We took a shot in the dark with this one, we just needed a remote place on Samal Island to spend a few quiet days and a hub from where to explore this amazing island, and we found more than we bargained for ! The hosts were very kind and helpful, the room had everything we needed, the food was absolutely delicious, the prices were low and affordable, we could swim in the ocean right there and it was my first time swimming in the Pacific Ocean and I got to see my first corals and blue starfish ! The host put us in contact with local ride before we got there so it was easy and cheap to get from Babak ferry to their place. Furthermore, when I wanted to rent a motorbike the host put me in contact with local dealer that provided us with a good bike for a good price and we had the chance to explore the entire island and visit the landmarks in a fashionable way, the only way to do it right on Samal :) This was a perfect stay for us, cozy and felt like home, so we thank our hosts for this lovely opportunity and we recommend this place for privacy, location with private beach and terrace overviewing the ocean, good food and warmth of hosts! We hope to return here in the future !

The owner is the one taking care of us, so customer service is at all time amazingly best. The food they prepare was fresh and delicious. Pet Friendly property. If you want to distant yourself from the noisy City Life, then this is the place to reset.

Situated in Davao City just across Abreeza Mall, Seda Abreeza features a fitness centre with floor-to-ceiling windows displaying views of its outdoor pool. It also offers complimentary Wi-Fi access. I loved everything about this hotel and the staff, The location was perfect and walk across the side road and your at the mall, close to the other places we needed to go to. Alvin the doorman was exceptional in his role and so helpful, he needs a wage raise, the girls at the front desk were so helpful in checking in, telling me about what's around and pointing out places of interest. The staff at the restaurant were great, so helpful and smiling all the time which must be hard to do. The buffet food was really nice and a good variety and selection was available. All up, I can't think of one negative comment. Top hotel and I will be staying again for sure. Thanks to all the staff there that made our stay a pleasurable and memorial one as well.
