It's always not easy with residences but this one was especially hard. The security wouldn't even let us get down to the building, so we are outside the car calling the host. Then the power outlet in the bathroom doesn't work so they run an extention cable from the kitchen across the bathroom floor to run the washer. Lol why not just fix the outlet.
