Offering a restaurant and free WiFi in all areas, Hotel Vlasca is located in the centre of Giurgiu, 700 metres from the Danube River. The room has new furniture, a tv, AC (no remote, but we turned it on manually), clean sheets and towels. The receptionist was very nice. Also soaps and shampoo in the bathroom. It all looked better than when we visited before.
