Condostmaarten by the sea -Adults Only- is situated in Koolbaai and has a pool with a view and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment features family rooms. The condo was on a very nice, quiet beach with perfect, turquoise water. The steps down to the beach were steep but no problem for us. The bed was excellent, kitchen was adequate, with fridge, coffee makers, stovetop and microwave. The terrace was fantastic, with glass walls we could see through and see the beach. It had lounge chairs and a hanging chair that I loved. The host contacted me soon after we made the reservation and was available by telephone for questions and for our arrival. There was a nice swimming pool that overlooked the sea and shaded area to sit in lounge chairs. The condo was on Indigo Bay, which is about a 10 minute drive to the town of Philipsburg and about 10 minutes the other direction to the airport. Google Maps didn't give us entirely correct directions, but we found the place without much trouble. We could have called the concierge, Charles, as he was very helpful, but my friend recognized the building from photos so we found Marina Terrace without help. There was snorkeling equipment we could use and nice big beach towels in addition to bath and hand towels.

Beautiful renovated Home with anything you need , there is a kitchen that you can use. Also an automatic coffee machine was a very good perk.

The owners were very attentive and thorough, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and well-organized. I appreciated their care and attention to detail.

One of my best beach vacations ever. There were other guests in the hotel while we were there, but everyone was respectful of each others' space. I felt like we were in a private villa the whole time. The water is beautiful, and they have snorkeling gears and kayak you can use, as well as many seating arrangements by the water.

Had a really great time! The Landhuis is very nicely furnished / equipped, the hosts are awesome and the location is super convenient. I'll definitely return :)

The location is simply perfect: just a short walk from the beach, in a quiet yet strategic area that makes it easy to reach the island’s main attractions. We felt close to everything while still enjoying the tranquility of a private oasis. A special thanks goes to Andrea, who was always available and prompt in answering our messages, and to Joel, who was an extraordinary support during our stay in Aruba, always kind and ready to assist with any request. In short, Aruba Lagunita is a true gem: comfort, beauty, and impeccable hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Met at airport by the very charismatic Sam who then showed me a impromptu tour of the capital and out to the tourist areas. Very convenient for buses to the pristine, albeit busy, tourist beaches and to the local bars and restaurants. Apartment had great communal area with delicious coffee!
