You would not expect such a jewel walking dawn the side street that leads to it. Our hosts were incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful and the amenities are well taken care off. One thing that needs to be mentioned in particular was the breakfast, which was absolutely amazing. It was like a fine dining experience for breakfast, serving locally sourced jams, cheeses and other delicacies. I still dream of that breakfast!

The property is located in a residential with security guards and parking . The apartment is a beautiful 1 bed apartment with a pull out double bed in lounge. It has air conditioning in main room and bedroom, WiFi , washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/ freezer and cooker/ oven and a fabulous walk in shower. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the main road. Very comfortable apartment and shared communal swimming pool ( shame the water slides were not available for use during my stay - as this was a major selling point when booking as I didn’t know it was not going to be available seeing the dates on booking.com said it was available from 30/04/25! My stay was from 05/06/25 to 15/06/25 ) The owner of the apartment is lovely- great communication and very accommodating after a few initial hiccups on arrival.

It has coocking facilities. Very comfortable and near the comercial area of the medina, the wanderful Ribat of Monastir and the great Central Market (a great market indeed). The terrace in front of the room is a great place for early mornings and evenings. Easy to reach following the link in google maps. Parking is nearby and free. The person who takes care of you at your arrival is a great character, helfull an friendly (his contact is sent to you as soon as you book). I highly recomend this place as an immersive experience to life in the Medina.
