Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Chiayi County

Compared with other three-star+ hotels, breakfast is about the same, nothing special. However, the location is super nice. It is closed to the southern branch of the national palace museum, many other tourist attractions and high speed railway station. In addition, the streets are very nice and wide, very suitable for family biking.

The property was in a very good location, right next to Xiding bus station which is 1hr from Chiayi station. You can also get to Alishan on another 1hr bus ride from there. The property is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The shared bathroom is also very nice and the shared kitchen is well equipped with all utensils. There is also air conditioner in each room.

Nice hotel located close to the tea fields. We were not very lucky with the weather but still enjoyed our stay and managed to do a hike next day in the morning. I recommend ordering the dinner at their place at is it very tasty and beautifully presented. The dog Pan Pan was so cute, he walked us to the fields, he was one of the highlights of the stay :)

Lovely place, breakfasts and dinner were good. Superb views for sunrise, friendly resident cats and dog. It's walking distance to the Eryanping Trail + Tea & Mist Trail.

This was a family trip, we booked three rooms, all of them were spacious. It was quite cold in Alishan, but the hot water supply was very good. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the white Shiba Inu was in heat and had been isolated and taken down the mountain, so we only saw the other two dogs. The staff sister recommended us to go up to see the sunset, but unfortunately, due to the haze, we didn't have a clear view. However, the location of this homestay is quite good, and our room had a view of the sunrise. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We love the tranquility of the location. We were warmly recd by lovely dogs from the homestay. The rm was spacious n comfy for our family of 5. Breakfast was great for lacto ovo vegetarian👍🏻 highly recommended

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Easy access to trails in the area. Breakfast decent. Neighbourhood dog was also friendly and showed us around on the first day. For the most part, extremely clean.
