Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

The hotel features an indoor pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and room service. Excellent breakfast in a confortable setting, excellent location, right across from the Music City Center and close enough, but not in the middle, of the busier party area in Broadway. I will definitely come back. Way better than just a normal hotel room.

We liked the friendly staff and the location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the birds. If we make it back to Pigeon Forge we'll definitely be staying here again!

Complimentary airport shuttle service and an evening Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar is offered. Convenient, very well maintained, lots of comfort. The property grounds are well manicured and beautiful. The courtyard with firepits .. just so relaxing. It truly was a wonderful stay.. I highly recommend. The airport and Graceland shuttles are well organized and a huge benefit . Restaurants absolutely delicious! I shall return !!

A microwave and refrigerator come standard in each room at Drury Plaza Hotel Franklin. A flat-screen cable TV, hairdryer and ironing facilities are included as well. We really liked the location. It was a short drive from there to downtown Franklin ( a really cozy village full of nice restaurants and shops). We took UBER and it was around 8$ each way. There are restaurants nearby as well as Wholefoods. Breakfast and snacks in the evening were included in the price, which was a bonus. We also were lucky to check in early at no cost. We stayed on the 9th floor and we had AMAZING views from there. The room was really spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was varied with healthy options.
