He was very welcoming and accommodating to my last minute booking and was able to pick me up within a couple of hours. His English was great and it was a pleasure learning from him on Vietnam and his village. Wifi was great, place was clean and food at cafe tasty with a home cooked vibe.

They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is super convenient, and they're generous with sharing coconuts or fruit from the garden :) there are a lot of mosquitos, but the mosquito net above the bed worked and the homestay provides bug spray and mosquito spirals to keep them away in the eating area.

Húng and Nhiên, who both are genuinely kind, spent a long time showing us around and introducing us in to the local life. We had the chance to pay a visit to their neighbors and their farms (coconuts, grapefruit), taste amazing cuisine , collect seeds of local flora and get into the local pace of life. It's a dense and culturaly fulfilling experience. I highly recommend visiting Mocay if you are traveling around southern Vietnam.
