We had a wonderful stay and experience at PIA! Vuong and his wife were very warm and helpful and we felt really welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and charming. The location is close to anything. The private tour was well organized and insightful. And when one of us was sick they bought warm soup with noodles from down the road which was super kind of them! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would always love to come back here again!

We arrived at 4am with nightbus, he welcomed us and let us sleep in a dorm before check-in. Comfortable room, smooth scooter rental and we could leave our bags during our visit of Ban Gioc and Pac Bo. He even made sure we had a pickup to our bus back to Hanoi even if we booked online. Thanks again for everything !
