Everything - the location is out of town but the tranquility is amazing. We had our 3 year old and it was good to see him being carefree again he loved the open space. The food and drink (cocktails, seriously yummy) are great, we would return from tours to eat and then head out again lol. Viet and all the staff are truly wonderful. The place is well cared for and exceptionally clean. Is quite the romantic spot, especially in the evenings.

We set out on this trip to experience the beautiful nature in Vietnam and the bungalow was exactly what we were looking for for our stay. The location is close by restaurants and attractions whilst being a little secluded allowing for a quiet and relaxing stay. Our favourite part of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff at the hotel who always went above and beyond to help us and were so so friendly!

An outstandingly beautiful house that had been renovated with care by Lily and her family. The family room was great, very spacious and clean. We used the pool facilities and it was just so nice to relax in the mountains with such a beautiful view. It is in walking distance to the Bich Dong Pagoda. They had many options for activities, we hired the bicycles for the day at a very reasonable price. You could happily cycle to many of the tourist attractions. Breakfast was also included and there were options for Vietnamese or Western foods. They also offer a service to pick you up from the train station which was very convenient.

They handled and fulfilled our requests exceptionally well. Helped us book a bus to SaPa and accommodated us while we were waiting for the late night bus. We took a 2 wheeler rental from them so roaming around the city was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was super helpful during our stay. They provided all amenities that we requested, made sure everything was to our liking, and provided exceptional service even after our checkout. Also, the room was very spacious and the resort looked amazing.

This guesthouse is great value for money. It feels very luxurious. The pool and lounge area is very nice. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the night staff went out of their way to be helpful and were so incredibly kind.

Amazing homestay, the facilities are all brand new and super clean and comfortable. There are flowers and greenery all around as well as a pool creating a relaxing environment. Bicycles are available if needed to get you to any of the nearby attractions or city center. Most importantly Lan and her family go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The food was always amazing, I ate almost all my meals here for 5 days. Lan also helped with laundry, booking my bus to my next destination, and driving me to the bus and making sure it was the correct one. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Will definitely be returning next time I am in Nihn Bihn!

THE VIEW from our room was incredible. I could have stared outside all day and have been happy. The owner and his family are incredibly kind, and even brought us some pizza the night the power went out due to a tropical storm. They also are wonderful chefs and prepare delicious meals on sight. The little private pool in front of our bungalow, filled with fresh, cold mountain water was so refreshing to sit and relax in.
