The room was unexpectedly great. It's more like a big fully equipped 2 bedroom luxury apartment. The beds were super big. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Dedicated washing machine, drier, and dish washer, big fridge, dishes, and more were all super helpful.

We have stayed at many places and always have had to pack extra garbage bags, Toiletries, towels left, detergent and coffee or cleaning products. But The owners left so many essentials in the suite plus more.....like games too!. We really appreciated having these items that were needed in the room for our convenience, fun and to help clean up. And extra warm blankets were so appreciated. Thank you. It was a great stay.

Ryan & Kathy's home is amazing! From the well appointed Kitchen , the gorgeous decor, the spa bath, dreamy Fireplace, to the super comfy beds, all your needs are catered for. Very rarely do you find the draws full of coffee pod filters & there was even oat satchels for breakfast..... The view to the Mountains -Three Sisters, off the Living room balcony is breathtaking. We loved the easy walk to catch a bus to Banff, the closeness to both Save on Foods & Safeway supermarkets. Plenty of good variety for eating out & takeaway meals just across the road. Check in & out was one of the easiest/quickest I've experienced & Ryan & Kathy's instructions were very clear & easy to follow. Thank you for providing a wonderful property, ensuring our stay was one to remember, I hope to be back one day 😀

Great apartment, 100% matching the descriptions, we've enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is located inside a building complex that share facilities as pools, gyms and parking. The apartment is quite new and offered all amenities our group of 4 adults needed. It was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, a comfy living room and a spacious balcony. There were several shared hot tubs in the complex and a pool that were accessible throughout the day. The property has a 24/7 reception which allowed us to conveniently check-in any time. Parking is no problem at all. Tiffani is a great host, we received very quick solutions to any questions or problems we've had. Great experience in every aspect, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had room13 which is upstairs. We didn't get much noise from neighbours, no one above us. The accommodation is made from wood. Walls are probably about 4 inches thick. The accommodation was big enough for our needs consisting of an L shaped room that housed the large bed and a round table for meals. Outside there were firepits and barbeque areas, but the rain sort of put us off using those. There is also an indoor swimming pool in a separate building that we didn't really have time to use. Good location - not too far from Banff.

Breakfast was amazing. Location is convenient. Swimming pool, sauna and hot tub is worth a try! Rooms were decent and compact but we wanted a balcony one. However, the room service was amazing...daily our rooms were cleaned. Worth the money and most beautiful and convenient location. Couldn't ask for better.

Beautiful view from our large cathedral windows, very spacious! The outside hot tub was amazing when there were not children swimming around in it. The outdoor pool was refreshing! But not as big as pictured in the ads.

Very cozy place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. After long day skiing, hot tub is great treat for adults and big outdoor swimming pool is defo a huge fun for kids. Kitchen is fully equipped, lots of pots and pans. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. And we looooved heated floors! Owners are very caring and check up on you every some time. Defo made us feel like their guests.

Fantastic location surrounded by mountains and river. Free underground parking, easy stroll to the village but there were also shops pub and restaurants on the same street and in hotel. Rooftop swimming pool and hot tubs were to die for esp as sun went down. Walks in all directions. Mezzanine floor with giant Scrabble, pool table. Room was double queen on 4th floor perfect.defonately return as soon as we can
