Everything was just great. The people who work there and the facilities are extraordinary. There's also very good food and super affordable drinks. It's 15 minutes outside of town quite in the middle of the mountains, place Is very chill and Views are awesome. People who get there are from múltiple nationalities and willing to have a great time. I highly recommend this hostel!!!

Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

It was very spacious clean and comfortable. The beds were large and comfy with duvet and blankets if you were cold. Washing and drying facilities and plenty of showers and baths. The 2 separate ensuite rooms were a real extra bonus. There is a BBQ area and kids play area. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Large kitchen with plenty of dishes. A really great place. Very secure. Close to the town and tge spa with good restaurants nearby.
