Facilities were fantastic, gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, reception staff super helpful. Would suggest to anyone with the budget. First time in Caracas and was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. Food was also superb.

Renovations ongoing, they had parking for visitors which was very convenient. Direct access through the hotel to the roof bar was awesome. The pool has just been retouched and the setting was simply astonishing. The suites were great for receiving guests.

I selected the wrong month in my reservation and they very kind helped me and fixed it. Good view of the city and the mountains “El Avila”. Excellent location with many restaurants arround.

The staff were friendly, efficient and very professional. We changed rooms part way through our stay to avoid noise from the neighbouring bistro. The unobstructed view of the Avila from the second room on the north side of the hotel was breathtaking.

The hotel is a bit dated but it has been kept in very good condition, the room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable. Initially the WiFi was weak but the staff immediately installed a router in the room and it worked very well, I was also able to work. The breakfast is delicious. The fitness center very good and spacious, I had a massage and that was very good too. The staff at reception are very helpful and caring.
