The blonde lady in the reception was extremely nice. The room was very cozy, loved the bathroom decoration and all very clean! The location is just perfect and the breakfast superb with things like banana pancakes and the bacon was so well cooked! Good private parking. Definitely coming back there one day. We booked the hotel "Harmony Birstonas" before the opening of this wonderful hotel and didn't regret it. Modern, brand new, sparkling with cleanliness, very spacious room and bathroom, and above all - perfect soundproofing! I'm very light sleeper, but at "Harmony" enjoyed absolut calm and silence. We arrived at 11 AM and were met by the nice and most wellcoming guy Aurelijus, who let us have our rooms 4 hours before the designated time and without additional payment. Later, during our stay, Aurelijus offered his help on every occasion. Equally helpful and accommodating was Ilona, the front desk manager. Thank you, guys! The restorant at the hotel is wonderful too. The most attentive waiter, Sarunas, made our meals even more enjoyable. And location couldn't be any better - at the very heart of the charming city Birstonas. I can't recommend this hotel enoghf!

Though we arrived a bit later than the check in normal hours they arranged a seamless entry for us. We booked a deluxe room which boasts a bath tub with salt ball and a stunning view. The breakfast was pretty good, though there was hardly anything beyond expectations with a bit limited veggie options. All in all a perfect stay. Also great to book from Sunday at a discounted price. Just perfect with next to no people.
