So: - The tap water is drinkable, the taste is impeccable, clean, and there's an unlimited supply (we brought bottles for our walk). - There's no refrigerator or iron in the room. - The location is incredibly convenient, near the Belvedere (the Upper Belvedere is very beautiful) and the Hop-On Hop-Off buses (yellow line) stop right around the corner. - The U1 metro line, which runs throughout the city (Opera, Amusement Park), is just a 10-minute walk away. - If you want to buy groceries for the morning, I recommend the Hofer store (weekdays) or the InterSpar Pronto (open until 11 PM and on Sundays, located at Wien Hauptbahnhof station). - A direct train to the airport departs from the same station every 30 minutes and costs only €4.60 per person. - The staff is very polite and helps with all questions, they meet and see you off with a smile.Guest review byVisioneerRomania

The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is excellent and you don't have to look for somewhere to eat in the morning. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. WIFI works well. During our three-day stay, we visited the most famous places in Vienna, visited the Vienna Opera (I recommend buying tickets online 2-3 months in advance), and tasted traditional Austrian cuisine. If you are into history, architecture and museums this is the place for you. There was so much to see, so many museums that we had to create a shortlist. Vienna has such beautiful buildings and is very clean. At no time did I feel unsafe. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The hop on hop off sightseeing bus was a good decision - we were there Friday until Monday and bought a 48 hour pass. They have a few different routes which covers the whole of Vienna and you can listen to the commentary on the bus via headphones they give you. The transfer from the airport to central Vienna was simple too. Trains and buses run. I got the bus - you can pay by card on the bus - ignore the internet info which says it has to be cash that is wrong. Was 11 euros one way. The bus VAL 1 fro bus stop 7 outside the airport takes you from the airport and the first stop was the train station near our hotel. took 25 mins.
