The entire experience was perfect. We arranged a hot stone massage, it was amazing. I bought my international partner to experience my home city (Gold Coast), and he was impressed. I don’t know where to begin! I loved everything about this place! From the hosts to the place itself, full of charm, a beautiful mix of Polish and Australian culture. The views are out of this world with beautiful lorikeets and other birds coming to your balcony. Ania, Phil and their family were so welcoming that it just felt like home.     The view from the rooms at The Tamborine is absolutely spectacular. The hotel feels like the perfect escape from the everyday. The hub area is so beautifully done, the mineral pool is warmer than you would expect and it feels like the perfect getaway into the hinterland. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. At night, the sound of the rainforest on the balcony is enchanting. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable - we can't wait to come back and stay again!

    Nathan, the host, was so welcoming. We were relocated to Worendo Cottages at the last minute, due to our original booking being affected by the Christmas Day storms. We travelled with three 12 year old girls who absolutely adored the animals and the swimming holes closeby. It is so picturesque, even when it was raining, as was the case when we stayed. Highly recommend this property for people who love nature, walking and wild swimming. Thank you once again, Nathan!

    Get your bearings, see Jeff at the information centre, so helpful with maps and recommendations- then just keep going, choices are endless for rain forest walks, falls, botanical gardens and of course Gallery Walk which includes the German Cuckoo clock shop and George’s Greek restaurant- fabulous place to visit.

    Fantastic facilities - something for everyone. Of great concern was the letter provided to us at check-in (see photo attached) suggesting we could be rewarded for giving the facility a 10 star rating. This defeats the objective of a review system and will end up disappointing future guests. This is not the type of practices I would expect from a facility like Kooralbyn☹️

    It is a great place to be if you want to be peaceful and quiet or if you feel that it is time to go back to nature for refreshing and refocusing. Allow at least 45 minutes to get to O'Reilly and ensure not to travel in rainy or stormy weather conditions.

    Loation, peace, quiet, nature, the birds, fireplace and staff are amazing. We've been coming here 15 years. The kitchen needs an upgrade with utensils and pans, knives need sharpening, spa could use some maintenance, but that's all doable. We have already booked for next year. Special place with special memories. If you want to switch off, relax, reconnect and enjoy nature, this is the place to do it .

    Our group of friends had a fantastic weekend at the Bower Cottages. The cottages were charming, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nestled in a peaceful bush setting, it felt like a true escape from the hustle of daily life. We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings, surrounded by birdsong and nature. The location was perfect – just a short drive to the wineries, walking trails, and local shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay with friends!

    Friendly, Relaxing and Peaceful to suit our needs. Photos did show a firepit in advert but there wasn't one! Need lighting ambience outdoor sitting area as the night light very harsh. Wifi not good and no remote for TV. Need pots, pans for cooking on stove or BBQ. Bathroom compliments Need to be individually wrapped for hygiene, not large bottles of household supplies. Need entrance lights up driveway and sign on gate for locating property on the busy road!

    Very interesting area with many rainforest walks. The B & B is very comfortable accommodation with million-dollar views of the Gold Coast. Breakfast was served on the deck accompanied by Pied Butcherbirds and Sulphur-crested Cockatoos. The stone archway and flower planters were there in 1966.
